Officer Andrew Harris
A Pearl woman said she found a highway hero.
Melanie Benton said she was traveling through Bolton with her husband on Saturday when they got a flat tire. They called for help and Jackson police Officer Andrew Harris arrived.
Benton said two jacks broke while Harris was trying to change the ripped tire, but eventually he fixed it for them.
Benton said she believes Harris went above and beyond his duties and shared the photos of his hard work on Facebook to show her appreciation.
